Any Company personnel who are required to complete and forward documents to their office for processing, billing and recording. 

 Service Industries 

 Service industries use Digital Pens for their service dockets. Once a service technician completes the service docket he hands one copy to the customer and then ticks send. Ticking send ensures the form is sent back to the office in 30 seconds. The Destiny system not only sends the form back but also translates what the service technician has written into text so that the company can transfer this text into the billing system and thus bill for the work minutes after the job has been completed
