Preventative Maintenance

Typically our Preventative contracts are customized to suit the individual client, the service contracts range from the very simple to the very complicated and continually evolve to accommodate new corporate situations and technology requirements.

Block Hourly Support

As well as Managed Services Modcoms offer a Block Hourly service. Enjoy having a reduced hourly rate without the commitment of a support agreement or contract. A client can pre-pay a 5, 10 hour block time and up to 50 hours at a reduced rate.

On Call Support

We also understand a fully managed support option is not for everybody. Some businesses may have internal IT staff for everyday administration or your network requirements don’t warrant regular oversight. In any situation, you can have peace of mind knowing that Modcoms skilled technicians are a phone call away and equipped to handle virtually any situation.  This service is billed at a 1 hour minimum and 15 minute increments thereafter.

Telephone and Remote Support

Ad-hoc Telephone and Remote support options are also available to clients. In some situations an issue can be resolved very quickly and painlessly via Phone or Remote support. This service is billed in 30 minute increments and then every 15 minutes thereafter.

Critical and Emergency Support

Events of a critical nature can happen at any moment and are impossible to predict. Even the most diligent IT professional has from time to time experienced a catastrophic network failure at some point. When these events happen you need to have skilled technicians available 24X7 to resolve the issue and get the network up and running as soon as possible. At Modcoms we have the technicians available to do just that, 24X7
